TOURADVANCE TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TourAdvance, a tour budgeting and management platform, provided by Covert Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17077134, with its registered office at 5a Bear Lane, London SE1 0UH, England (“TourAdvance”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, in which case “you” refers to that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy (which also covers our use of cookies) and pricing and subscription page, which form part of these Terms by reference.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • 1.1“Account” means the account you create to access and use the Service.
  • 1.2“AI Features” means the artificial intelligence-powered functionality within the Service, including the natural-language date and schedule import/parser and any future email-extraction or similar features, as further described in clause 5.
  • 1.3“Authorised User” means an individual you or your organisation permit to access the Service on your Account, where your plan permits more than one user.
  • 1.4“Customer Data” means all data, content and information you or an Authorised User input, upload, import or generate through the Service, including tour, budget, itinerary, touring-party and crew content, and any files you attach or link.
  • 1.5“Fees” means the subscription and other charges payable for the Service, as described at the time you subscribe or in an order or plan you select.
  • 1.6“Privacy Policy” means our privacy policy, as published on our website and updated from time to time, which also covers our use of cookies.
  • 1.7“Service” means the TourAdvance web application and related services made available by us, including the budget builder, live budget engine, withholding tax estimation, contingency calculation, touring-party cost engine, export functionality, AI Features, and any Collaboration Features (as defined in clause 9) once launched.
  • 1.8“WHT” means withholding tax.

Other terms are defined where they first appear.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

  • 2.1You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation if you are using the Service on its behalf, to create an Account.
  • 2.2You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating and maintaining your Account.
  • 2.3You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your Account, whether by you or an Authorised User. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your Account.
  • 2.4Where your plan permits Authorised Users, you are responsible for ensuring each Authorised User complies with these Terms, and you remain liable for their acts and omissions in connection with the Service.
  • 2.5We may suspend or restrict an Account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that we reasonably consider endangers the Service or other customers.

3. THE SERVICE

  • 3.1What the Service does

TourAdvance is a tour budgeting and management tool. Depending on your plan, the Service may include: a tour and budget builder; a natural-language date and schedule import and parser; a live budget engine that recalculates as your tour changes; automated withholding tax (WHT) estimation; contingency calculation; a touring-party (crew) cost engine; missing-item and budget warnings; export of your budget to Excel; and, once launched, sharing and viewer-link functionality (see clause 9).

  • 3.2Beta to General Availability

The Service is currently in beta. On general availability (“GA”), your existing Account and Customer Data carry over automatically; you do not need to re-register or re-enter data. Where a feature remains labelled “beta” after GA, it continues to be provided on the basis set out in this clause 3.2 and clause 13 (Warranty Disclaimer) until we remove that label: beta features may change, be withdrawn, or behave less predictably than GA features, and are provided without any availability or accuracy commitment beyond what is stated in these Terms.

  • 3.3Changes to the Service

We may add, change, suspend or remove features of the Service (including AI Features and beta features) from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces the functionality you rely on, save where a change is required for security, legal or operational reasons.

4. ESTIMATES, NOT ADVICE

Read this first. TourAdvance is a planning tool, not a tax, legal, financial or accounting adviser. Every figure the Service produces, including withholding tax estimates, currency conversions, contingency and totals, is an estimate for planning purposes only, based on your inputs and assumptions built into the Service. Always confirm figures that matter with your accountant or other qualified adviser before you rely on them, and in any event before you sign a contract or make a payment or settlement decision.

  • 4.1All figures generated by the Service, including WHT percentages, currency conversions, contingency and totals, are estimates for planning purposes only. They do not constitute tax, legal, financial or accounting advice, and must not be relied on as such.
  • 4.2WHT rates built into the Service are maintained by us and shown as estimated. They vary by tax treaty, local rules, and how a contract is structured, and can change. You are solely responsible for confirming the actual WHT position that applies to your tour with your accountant or other qualified adviser at the time you build your budget, and before you sign any related contract.
  • 4.3The Service lets you override an automatically calculated (“AUTO”) figure, including a WHT amount, with a figure of your own. Once you override an AUTO figure or otherwise rely on or act on an AUTO figure without independent verification, responsibility for the accuracy of that figure sits with you, not us.
  • 4.4Exchange rates used by the Service are supplied by a third-party exchange rate data provider; we do not operate the underlying feed and do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or availability. Exchange rates are live and refresh daily unless you lock a rate for a given currency within a tour. We have no liability for any loss arising from movement in an unlocked exchange rate. Locking a rate is a tool for your own risk management; a locked rate is not automatically updated, and you are responsible for reviewing whether it remains appropriate.
  • 4.5To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on any estimated, AUTO-calculated, or otherwise unverified figure produced by the Service, including a WHT percentage or amount, an exchange rate, or any other auto-calculated figure, without independent verification. Nothing in this clause 4 excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (see clause 14.1).

5. AI FEATURES

  • 5.1The Service includes AI-powered features, currently the natural-language date and schedule import/parser, and in future may include email-extraction or similar functionality for advancing.
  • 5.2AI proposes, you confirm. AI Features surface suggested data such as parsed dates, imported schedule details, or auto-added travel days, clearly flagged for your review (such as an AUTO badge, with Approve/Remove or Approve all/Dismiss all controls). Nothing produced by an AI Feature is saved as final, or treated as accepted, until you review and confirm it. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI Feature output against your source materials before relying on it.
  • 5.3We do not use your Customer Data to train our own or any third party's AI or machine learning models, except where that data has first been aggregated and anonymised in accordance with clause 7 (Aggregation and Benchmarking).
  • 5.4AI Features may be powered in part by third-party AI providers, currently OpenAI, acting as our sub-contractors.
  • 5.5AI Feature output is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. AI Feature output does not constitute advice of any kind. Clause 4 (Estimates, Not Advice) and clause 13 (Warranty Disclaimer) apply equally to AI Feature output.

6. CUSTOMER DATA AND CONTENT

  • 6.1You own all Customer Data. We do not claim any ownership interest in it.
  • 6.2You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, secure and support the Service to you and your Authorised Users. This licence ends when the relevant Customer Data is deleted in accordance with clause 6.6. The separate licence granted under clause 7 (Aggregation and Benchmarking) is not affected by deletion or anonymisation of Customer Data, closure of your Account, or termination of these Terms.
  • 6.3Where Customer Data includes personal data such as names, contact details or fee/rate information for your touring party, crew, performers, venue or promoter contacts, we act as processor and you act as controller, as set out in the Data Processing Schedule to these Terms.
  • 6.4You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any information you input about third parties, including crew, performers, venue and promoter contacts, and for having any consent, contractual right or other lawful basis needed to share that information with us and, where applicable, with anyone you share a tour with using a Collaboration Feature. We have no direct relationship with, and no obligation to, those third parties.
  • 6.5You may export a full Excel workbook of your tour and budget data (with live formulas) at any time your plan permits. Exporting supports your ability to take a copy of your data with you, but once a file is exported it is outside our systems and our control, and you are solely responsible for storing, securing and controlling it, including any personal data it contains. Where the Service later offers export of higher-sensitivity data (for example, a flight matrix or passport details), this responsibility applies with particular force to those exports.
  • 6.6You may delete a tour or your Account at any time. Deleting a tour deletes it and cascades to associated free-text notes and attached links within that tour. Where you delete your Account using the “Delete my account” function, personal data within your Customer Data is deleted or anonymised as set out in our Privacy Policy. Once anonymised, that data is no longer personal data, and we may continue to retain and use it under the licence in clause 7. Where your Account is instead deactivated or suspended, or a subscription lapses, without a deletion request from you, your Customer Data is retained as set out in clause 17.3. See our Privacy Policy for the retention period that applies to backups and to data after Account closure.
  • 6.7Security incidents. We maintain an internal incident response procedure for personal data breaches. If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting personal data in your Customer Data, we will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of it, and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Notification is not an acknowledgement of fault or liability.
  • 6.8Sub-processors. We use sub-processors to host, store and support Customer Data. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

7. AGGREGATION AND BENCHMARKING

  • 7.1Subject to clause 6 and our Privacy Policy, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence, which survives deletion of Customer Data, closure of your Account and termination of these Terms, to aggregate and anonymise Customer Data, so that it no longer identifies you, any member of your touring party, or any other individual or specific tour, and to use that aggregated, anonymised data to develop, improve and operate benchmarking, comparison, suggestion and anomaly-detection features of the Service, and for our own analytics, product development and business purposes.
  • 7.2Aggregated, anonymised data, and any insight, benchmark, model or output derived from it, is owned by us and is not Customer Data.
  • 7.3We will not disclose your identity, or any information that could reasonably identify you or a specific tour, in any aggregated output, benchmark, or feature made available to other customers.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES AND PAYMENT

  • 8.1Some or all of the Service is offered on a paid subscription basis, on the terms described at the time you subscribe. A free or trial tier may also be available from time to time.
  • 8.2Fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on your plan, through our payment processor, Stripe. Card and payment data is handled by Stripe under its own terms and does not pass through our systems. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method, via Stripe, for all Fees due.
  • 8.3Fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, for which you are responsible.
  • 8.4You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • 8.5If a payment fails, or you downgrade or let a subscription lapse, we may restrict or suspend access to paid features. Your Customer Data will continue to be held in accordance with clause 17.3 (retention on termination) so that you can bring the subscription current or export your data, after which we may restrict your Account to any free tier then available, or suspend it, subject to clause 17.
  • 8.6We may change subscription prices on at least 30 days' notice; the new price takes effect from your next billing period after that notice.

9. SHARING AND MULTI-USER ACCESS

  • 9.1We may in future make available features that let you share a tour or budget with others, including account-free viewer links, free view-only accounts, and multi-user permissions on a paid Account (together, “Collaboration Features”). These Terms apply to Collaboration Features once launched, together with any additional terms we publish for them at that time.
  • 9.2If you use a Collaboration Feature to share a tour with another TourAdvance customer or any other person, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to disclose the relevant Customer Data (including any personal data of your touring party) to that person. Depending on how a Collaboration Feature is used, you and the person you share with may each have your own data protection responsibilities for that shared data, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • 9.3Revoking a collaborator's access removes their ability to access the relevant tour going forward but does not delete data they have already contributed to that tour, which remains part of your Customer Data.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not, and must not permit any Authorised User or third party to:

  • (a)use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • (b)share Account credentials with, or allow access by, anyone who is not an Authorised User;
  • (c)attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems, or probe, scan or test its vulnerability without our written consent;
  • (d)reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • (e)use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our permission;
  • (f)upload viruses, malware or other harmful code, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • (g)upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing or malicious, or upload personal data of a third party without a lawful basis to do so;
  • (h)submit into the AI Features any special category personal data (as defined in the UK GDPR), criminal offence data, or other sensitive personal data such as passport, visa or immigration details;
  • (i)resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to any third party otherwise than as expressly permitted under these Terms; or
  • (j)impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • (k)use the Service, or any Customer Data or output derived from it, to develop, train or benchmark any product or service that competes with the Service; or
  • (l)publish, disclose, or otherwise make available to any third party, any benchmark, performance comparison, or evaluation of the Service, without our prior written consent.

If you breach this clause 10, we may suspend or terminate your access in accordance with clause 17.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THE SERVICE

  • 11.1The Service, including its software, design, algorithms, the WHT rate database, the “TourAdvance” name and branding, and all improvements and derivative works, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to access and use the Service granted under these Terms, no rights in the Service are granted to you.
  • 11.2You retain ownership of Customer Data as set out in clause 6, and we retain ownership of aggregated, anonymised data and derived outputs as set out in clause 7.
  • 11.3Any feedback or suggestions you give us about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

13. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any figure it produces will be accurate; see clause 4 (Estimates, Not Advice) and clause 5 (AI Features), which apply in addition to this clause.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • 14.1Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
  • 14.2Subject to clause 14.1, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
  • 14.3Subject to clause 14.1, our total aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the Fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) £1,000.00.
  • 14.4Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on any estimated, AUTO-calculated or unverified figure (including a WHT percentage or amount, or an exchange rate) without independent verification, or from your override or acceptance of any such figure, as set out in clause 4.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless against any third-party claim, and any resulting damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees), arising from: (a) your Customer Data; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your, or an Authorised User's, misuse of the Service; or (d) your violation of any law or a third party's rights, including in connection with third-party personal data you input into the Service.

16. CONFIDENTIALITY

For the purposes of this clause, “confidential information” means non-public information disclosed by one party to the other in connection with these Terms, which is either identified as confidential or which the recipient would reasonably understand to be confidential. Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature and will use it only to perform its obligations or exercise its rights under these Terms. This clause does not apply to information that is or becomes public other than through breach of these Terms, was already lawfully known to the recipient, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.

17. TERM, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

  • 17.1Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods matching your billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with clause 8.4.
  • 17.2Either party may terminate these Terms for the other's material breach if that breach is not cured within 30 days of written notice. We may also suspend or terminate your Account immediately for non-payment continuing beyond 30 days after notice, or for a serious breach of clause 10 (Acceptable Use).
  • 17.3On termination or expiry: your access to the Service is revoked; and you remain liable for any Fees accrued before termination. Where you have deleted your Account using the “Delete my account” function, personal data within your Customer Data is deleted or anonymised within the period set out in our Privacy Policy, and no export period applies. We may continue to retain and use the resulting anonymised data under clause 7. Where your Account is instead deactivated or suspended, or a subscription lapses, without a deletion request from you, your Customer Data is retained for 12 months following termination, during which you may reactivate your Account to resume full access, or export it; after that period, personal data within Customer Data is deleted or anonymised and any remaining backups are purged, in each case as set out in our Privacy Policy, and we may continue to retain and use the resulting anonymised data under clause 7. In each case we may retain records we are required by law to keep, including billing and tax records.
  • 17.4Clauses which by their nature are intended to survive termination, including clauses 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19 and 20, will survive.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you create an Account after a change takes effect, the version of these Terms in force at the time you sign up applies to you.

For existing customers, we will notify you of any material change by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a material change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you may terminate these Terms by ceasing to use the Service, and cancelling your subscription in accordance with clause 8.4, at any time before the change takes effect.

We may make non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your rights or obligations, at any time and without notice; such changes take effect immediately.

19. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 19.1Force majeure. Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or cloud-infrastructure outages, or pandemic.
  • 19.2Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • 19.3Waiver. A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
  • 19.4Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • 19.5No partnership or agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.
  • 19.6Third-party rights. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms.
  • 19.7Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any Schedule to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and pricing and subscription page, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede all prior agreements on the same subject matter.
  • 19.8Notices. Notices to us should be sent to support@touradvance.com. We may give notice to you by email to the address on your Account, or by in-app notice.
  • 19.9Consumers. Where you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection law, and these Terms apply to you only to the extent permitted by that law.
  • 19.10Compliance with laws. Each party will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to it in connection with these Terms and its use of, or provision of, the Service.

20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

Data Processing Schedule

This Schedule forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the TourAdvance Terms of Service (the "Agreement") between Covert Technologies Ltd ("TourAdvance", "we", "us") and the customer entering into the Agreement ("Customer", "you"). It applies wherever TourAdvance processes Personal Data on Customer's behalf while providing the Services. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Agreement or, where relevant, in the UK GDPR.

1. Definitions

  • 1.1."UK GDPR", "Data Protection Legislation": the UK GDPR as defined in the Data Protection Act 2018, the Data Protection Act 2018 itself, and any successor or replacement legislation (including the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025), together with any applicable EU data protection law where Customer Personal Data is processed in respect of individuals in the EEA.
  • 1.2."Controller", "Processor", "Data Subject", "Personal Data", "Personal Data Breach", "Processing": have the meanings given in the UK GDPR.
  • 1.3."Customer Personal Data": the Personal Data described in Annex 1, which TourAdvance processes on Customer's behalf as Processor for the purpose of providing the Services (in particular, data relating to Customer's touring party, crew, performers, venue and promoter contacts, and, once the feature is live, passport data).
  • 1.4."Sub-processor": a third party engaged by TourAdvance to process Customer Personal Data.

2. Roles of the parties

  • 2.1.In relation to Customer Personal Data, Customer is the Controller and TourAdvance is the Processor.
  • 2.2.This Schedule does not apply to Personal Data that TourAdvance processes as Controller in its own right (for example, account, billing, and product analytics data relating to Customer's own personnel), which is instead addressed in the TourAdvance Privacy Policy.

3. Scope and duration of processing

  • 3.1.TourAdvance shall process Customer Personal Data only for the purpose of providing the Services, in accordance with Customer's documented instructions (which include the Agreement and Customer's ordinary use of the Services), and as required by law.
  • 3.2.Details of the subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of the processing, and the categories of Data Subjects and Personal Data, are set out in Annex 1.
  • 3.3.If TourAdvance is required by law to process Customer Personal Data other than on Customer's instructions, it shall (unless prohibited from doing so) notify Customer before carrying out the processing.
  • 3.4.TourAdvance shall notify Customer promptly if, in its opinion, an instruction from Customer infringes the UK GDPR or other applicable Data Protection Legislation.

4. Confidentiality

TourAdvance shall ensure that persons authorised to process Customer Personal Data are subject to an appropriate obligation of confidentiality (whether contractual or statutory).

5. Security

  • 5.1.TourAdvance shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Customer Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, having regard to the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing. A current summary of these measures is set out in Annex 2.
  • 5.2.TourAdvance may update the measures in Annex 2 from time to time, provided the update does not materially reduce the overall level of protection.

6. Sub-processors

  • 6.1.Customer authorises TourAdvance to engage Sub-processors to process Customer Personal Data on the terms of this Schedule; a current list of Sub-processors is available on request.
  • 6.2.TourAdvance shall give Customer at least 14 days' notice before appointing a new Sub-processor, and Customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period. If the parties cannot resolve the objection, either party may terminate the affected part of the Services.
  • 6.3.TourAdvance shall impose data protection terms on each Sub-processor that are no less protective than those in this Schedule and remains liable to Customer for each Sub-processor's performance.

7. International transfers

Where Customer Personal Data is transferred outside the UK (including to a Sub-processor located outside the UK), TourAdvance shall ensure the transfer is subject to an appropriate transfer mechanism recognised under the UK GDPR.

8. Assistance to Customer

  • 8.1.Taking into account the nature of the processing, TourAdvance shall assist Customer, so far as reasonably practicable, in responding to requests from Data Subjects exercising their rights under the UK GDPR.
  • 8.2.TourAdvance shall assist Customer, so far as reasonably practicable and having regard to the information available to TourAdvance, with Customer's obligations relating to security, breach notification, data protection impact assessments, and prior consultation with the ICO.

9. Personal Data Breach

TourAdvance shall notify Customer without undue delay, and in any event within 72 hours of becoming aware, of any Personal Data Breach affecting Customer Personal Data, and shall provide the information reasonably required for Customer to meet its own notification obligations and take reasonable steps to contain and remediate the breach.

10. Deletion and return of data

  • 10.1.On termination or expiry of the Agreement, and subject to clause 10.2, TourAdvance shall, at Customer's election, delete or return all Customer Personal Data, and delete existing copies, within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

11. Audit

On reasonable prior notice, and no more than once in any 12-month period (save where required by a supervisory authority or following a Personal Data Breach), TourAdvance shall make available the information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Schedule, and shall permit and contribute to audits, including inspections, conducted by Customer or an auditor mandated by Customer, subject to reasonable confidentiality and cost arrangements.

12. General

  • 12.1.This Schedule takes precedence over the Agreement in the event of any conflict regarding the processing of Customer Personal Data.
